Casa do Mirante is one of the first Beach Houses to be built next to the little and family friendly Pópulo's Beach neighborhood in the 1940's. Within less then 1km you have a supermarket, ATM, health center, church... A fresh fruit and vegetable vendor passes by the gate once a week...a baker van rides the neighborhood every dawn so people have fresh bread suspended from their gates when they wake up. 91,5 metres from our gate there's a Beach Restaurant & Wine Bar with delicacies from breakfast to dinner and cocktails at night!
