In a blue flag beach and a fisherman village, 18km from Porto city. It´s a safe and relaxing place away from the tourisme. The house is right on the beach, has a big window with directly ocean view.Has 1 floor: Living room with a sofá bed , 1 wc and kitchen, 40m2 . It´s completly independent.The village has its own life with the rituals of the fisher activity. Near the house - train station,food shops, restaurants, bars , museum and medicine care. There is near an ornithological reserve. The bed/ sofá bed is in the living room that has directly vue to the ocean. Easily you can open and close it . The living room where you sleep has a big window with a door with a blackout.To refresh the house you can open the front door, us its a quiet place, the kitchen door, or toilet window. The house has independ acess directly from the street. Up there is another apartement. There is a comun area on the back us its the place where is the wash machine. The terrace has a comun barbeque. If you want to go to Porto there is a train station about 4-5 minutes walking distance from the house- 25 minutes to center of Porto. The train has connection to Metro to the aeroport.

Next to the house there is a sea museum, "Estação Litoral da Aguda", swimming-pool , wood road with 25km ( go to Porto), ciclovia, restaurants, fishmarket, supermarkets and other shops and a state medical center. 5 minuts walking there is the train station to go to Porto ( in 25 minuts), Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro, Coimbra, Lisboa and others and with conection to all the citys in Portugal. 10 minuts walking there is a pharmacie.
