House with 3 large bedrooms, with lots of light, fresh air, with very large living room, 2 Full bathrooms, excellent area with barbecue and eating area outside. Large kitchen, fully equipped with a sitting area. An upstairs balcony to watch the sunsets. Safe community to take walks by the Ocean and see the beautiful sunsets. Close walk to bakery, restaurants and beach. Private parking onsite for three cars.
