Property info

The excellent geographical location, the comfortable facilities and the price-quality ratio have contributed to our guests to love their stay and to tell us who to visit the Azores. Our apartments are very comfortable in a quiet area with free parking, 10 minutes from the historic center of Ponta Delgada. Close to beaches and with good access to all the tourist attractions of the island of São Miguel (lagoons, parks, viewpoints, swimming pools, etc.) Ideal for individual adventures, couples, families with one child or two, friends, business or work travelers.

Neighborhood info

Today, the city offers a growing range of services, entertainment and activities with commercial spaces, theaters, cinemas, nightlife venues, and the renovated marina with its swimming pools and leisure areas. There are also old spaces and always as pleasant as the romantic Jardim António Borges, or interesting, such as the excellent Carlos Machado Museum, installed in the old monastery of Santo André and depicting the natural history, fishing and agriculture of the entire island of São Miguel.
