The neighboring area hosts 3 different beaches and many restaurants, some of which are on the beach, like "Sunset Beach restaurant" and others directly across the street from the beach where you will be staying. If you like walking then your in luck, there are walking paths for you to explore the beaches and even walk directly to city center along the ocean which takes about 45 min by foot or 5 min by car/taxi. There are even e-bikes and e-skooters available for renting via smart phone app across the street which people really find lots of fun! If you want to jog or even exercise outside, you can do so right across the street on the walkway where there is a small outdoor calisthenics gym in front of beach (has several bars installed for chin-ups, push-ups, abs, dips). After all that exercising, you can grab some ice creams in front of the apartment where one of the restaurants have an ice-cream machine! Trust me, you discipline will be tested! There are 2 small grocery stores, meat butcher, fish market and pharmacy in walking distance from the apartment and many bars and restaurants directly outside the apartments main building entrance.
