We are a couple born and raised in Porto, city for which we have a great passion! Graduates in Architecture (JP) and Hotel Management (Marta), we always share a great passion for traveling and getting to know new cultures and people from all over the world! Porto D'Ouro apartment is a two bedroom apartment charmingly decorated with a private patio and with a wonderful view over the river. Has a perfect location for those who want to stay nearby city center but also nearby the beaches with their terraces and restaurants. This cozy apartment was recently remodeled and it is clean, with excellent sun exposure and located in very quiet neighborhood with cool restaurants, laundry, local food and grilled fish made by fisherman’s. Perfect apartment for two couple or a group of friends. Two bedrooms, living room and a cool terrace to enjoy the sun with river just on your side. There´s heating in winter, sun in the summer and spring, wi-fi and tv with international channels. You will have full access to everything in apartment and if something miss, we are ready to provide you.

The place where the apartment is located is a traditional and very quiet area. Typical neighborhood with a nice square with restaurants, supermarkets, laundry and transports. Apartment is located on a street without cars so perfect to rest and enjoy the views. The access to the apartment is done by an uphill street with some parking options. It may be a bit tricky to get there alone but I'm here to help! There are several public transportation literally downstairs (near the river), hat will take you directly to the city center and to the beaches! Tramway – currently has three regular tram routes with 30 minute headways. All are heritage tram routes, as they use vintage tramcars exclusively. Linha 1 between Foz and Ribeira is beautiful route side by side with Douro River and stops beside the apartment. It takes only 10 min to city center. Bus – Several bus (STCP) to all the city and stops besides the apartment Boat – You can also take a small boat to cross to Afurada which it is a small fisherman village where you find a marina and nice and fresh seafood. Airport – Taxi from airport is about 20 euros You will be 25 min walking from city center always side by.
