Property info

A fully renovated building, with an amazing rooftop swimming pool and a common jacuzzi, inspired by the maritime tradition of the owner's family. Original decor, exceptional comfort and close to everything Porto has to offer.

Neighborhood info

The Almada Street was the first major street layout created outside the Walls Fernandinas, around 1800 and is parallel to the main avenue of Porto - Avenida dos Aliados.. In recent decades, Almada Street was the main tools and housewares trading pole of all the north of the country. Currently we are witnessing a rapid rehabilitation of existing buildings, mostely due to tourism and new economic activities - restaurants, designer shops, bars, etc.
