Located in the city of Oporto, on the street Teófilo Seyrig, an engineer, builder of bridges. In 1869 he founded the Eiffel and Company with Gustave Eiffel, who built the D. Maria Pia Bridge in Porto. Later, working for the Belgian company Société Willebroeck in Brussels against the project presented by Eiffel, he won the competition and built it the Louis I Bridge, the bridge that symbolizes the city of Porto, a place worth visiting. This house is the only dwelling in the center of Porto, with private heated pool.
