New and modern apartment with three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, located in an area of great accessibility, very close to Porto city. There are many services nearby. Very well served by public transport that take you directly to the center of the city. Free parking is provided. Towels and bed linen are provided. Rules: - Noise must be avoided after 22:00 and until 08:00. - All non-Portuguese citizens must provide information to the host for the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF), as determined by Portuguese Law and the European Union Schengen Convention. - The use of the apartment is residential. Parties, commercial events or the use of the apartment for filming of any kind are not allowed.
The apartment is situated in an area of great accessibility, very close to Porto city. There are many services nearby: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, laundry, hairdresser, beauty salon, MaiaShopping shopping center (8 minutes walking), post office, etc. Ermesinde train station is a 10-minute walk away. Trains take just 14 minutes to get to Porto - São Bento train station, at the heart of the city There is a plenty of connections in daytime. There is a bus stop in front of the building. Bus 702 gets directly to city center (Bolhão) in about 35 minutes. Airport is at about 15 minutes driving.
