Unique localisation 2 minutes walking from 3 beautiful beaches . Big living with sofas , confortable chairs for all the guests . 4 patios . Interior patio with a designed Sarinen table Ann chair . Protected by a shadow . Ideal for breakfast and lunch . Roft terrace with big table and chair from B&B , big dinner with barbecue and seats for all . Ideal place to catch sun ☀️ in total privacy Front patio under vegetation shadow . Back patio with an outdoor shower to take out the sand before going in the villa . 2 rooms with big beds for couples in one side of the living . 2 others rooms at the other side of the living with singles beds ( up to 7 ) that can be put together for couples . Full equiped kitchen and full plates , Glasses …to set up a beautiful table . Furniture are from Italian design ( B& B , cassina , capellini ) and vintage . It has air conditioning in all bedroom and the living . Nice fire place for winter . Very quiet and surrounded by vegetation with birds singing.

I have kayak , sup that I can borrow at the villa but as well at ria do alvor .
The resort is like an old , authentically local village . White and blue villas surrounded by vegetation . Very quiet even with the proximity of so many activities ( tenis , padel , golf , …) Restaurants at the beach . Restaurants in the resort. Small supermarket at 2 minutes . It was built by old portuguese families so safe , good environment.
