Property info

Set out in the peaceful countryside yet only 10 minutes into Lagos town and its beaches and 15 minutes to the beaches of Luz and Burgau. The property is set on 12 acres of land, including 4 acres of mature, maintained gardens. The property hosts three rental units: The Cottage: A two bedroom, two bathroom open plan cottage with a private balcony. The Carriage House: A newly refurbished two bedroom, one bathroom, open plan cottage, with a private patio (neighbouring our chickens). Please note the second bedroom is a very small size with a single bed and a pull out bed underneath, when the underneath bed is pulled out it takes up the width of the room, this room is ideally suitable for 2 children or a single adult. The Studio: A studio apartment with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and private sun terrace. All units have their own private space and can also make use of the shared swimming pool, tennis court and outdoor BBQ area as well as lots secluded and private nooks and cranny’s for private, peaceful moments. The outer land is also home to our chickens, goats and sheep. We live onsite with our two super friendly boarder collies and look forward to greeting you.

Neighborhood info

The property is secluded yet only 10 minutes from Lagos town and 15 minutes to the beaches in Lagos, Luz and Burgau. There is small local Portuguese bar just up the road and great little local restaurants 5 minutes drive away as well as in Lagos and Luz. The South coast surfing beaches are about 30 minutes drive.
