Located in a nice and calm area, great pool area facing the south with access to the Game Room, Air Hockey, Table Football, Snooker and Table tennis! For the Hot summer months there is a Air conditioning Unit in the Living room and all the bedrooms. All bedrooms on the first floor are En-Suite. The Barbecue, dining area and lounge set are great to spend the nice evenings with the whole family. Leading into the plot there is an automatic gate, with a lot of parking space. There is another house around 400 meters away that uses the same entrance road. Though the Vila, game Room and Swimming pool area are totaly private. We have an online complaints book

I have been in the Algarve since 1996, always lived in this area of Lagoa/Carvoeiro. I Studied Tourism at the University and I can help with anything that you may need during your holidays. My favorite spots are definetly "Fontes de Estombar" near Estombar and "Algar Seco" in Carvoeiro.

Great location for Horse riding, this place is ideal to relax after a game of Golf, a day in Slide & Splash or after a day at the beach! Nearby you can find several Golf Courses, many beaches, and several family fun Parks. Just 10 minutes drive from the small Fishing Village called Carvoeiro, where you can find some of the best Restaurants.
