Founded in 2023, **Pausa Holiday Rentals** is the result of the combination of experience and passion for the local accommodation sector, accumulated over 10 years by its co-founders, Cláudia Martins & Lúcio Bastos. Our company specializes in the active management of 25 accommodations located across various areas of Madeira Island. From the beginning, we have focused on sustainable growth and the quality of our services. We take pride in having built a solid reputation through word-of-mouth marketing, a strategy that has allowed us to create bonds of trust with our guests and partners. This stylish two-level villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional guest WC. The open-plan interior offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere with air conditioning and contemporary design. Outside, enjoy a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area, all set against stunning sea and mountain views. Located in a peaceful area of the island, it’s the perfect place to relax and experience Madeira in comfort and style. Heated Pool Option: At winter season (October to April) we have available a heated pool system at between 27ºC/29ºC by an extra fee payable by updating your booking. This extra service is only available for the entire stay and minimum for 5 nights stay for logistic reasons.  The poll is quite large and requires a significant amount of energy to maintain the temperature for 24 hours a day. We don't take responsibility from extreme unusual climatic changes (rain or so) that can temporarily affect the temperature of the water. Please let us know in advance at least 72h prior your arrival as the huge amount of water needs around 48h do reach the set temperature.

A peaceful residential area with a prime location for exploring different parts of the island. Positioned at 300 meters above sea level, it enjoys mild and pleasant temperatures almost all year round. About 3.1 kms distance you have access to a fully equipped gym. About 3.2 kms distance you will face one of the most beautiful buildings on the island, the well known art center "Casa das Mudas" that won an international award of architecture, this building its all covered by lava stone bricks. The village center (3.5km distance) has several shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a promenade for cycling and jogging all along the side sea front with beach access points. You can take advantage of the extensive promenade at the beach sea side, and join the locals alike in their morning / evening jogging, or for a swim at the most famous Madeira Island beach, at Calheta Village center. At the beach center area you have the chance to practice kaiaking and paddling and having a launch at the located restaurants. (3.5km distance) Paddle Center Complex is 3.7km away from the house. At the boat pear (3.5km) you will have access to whale & dolphin watching services, and fishing trips as well.
