The Residencial Campo-Mar is a family-friendly local accommodation, very suitable for business, couples, and families with children looking for tranquility nearby the Rocha Beach. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, remaining days on behalf of guests. The unit does not have daily cleaning, only change of towels every 4 days and sheets weekly. There is no means of payment by card on the spot, and the remaining payment is required on the day of arrival and in cash. Please inform in an advance if you will require an Invoice with a VAT number. In case of a Monthly Rate Booking please note that the deposit asked will be the same amount of one month payment, also please note that the electricity will be an extra and paid separately. Change of sheets and towels once a week. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
