The “Sea & City” apartment, located in Leça da Palmeira, is ideal to combine beach and city, easilyallows our guests to combine business with leisure, due to its proximity to the Exponor exhibition center (1.5km), Porto (10km), Porto Airport (7km), and the Leça Waterfront 400meters. The apartment is very modern and cosy, with a fully equipped kitchen, that you can use if you choose to prepare your meals.

The owners are always available for any assistance that the guests may need and also opened to receive suggestions that could helpthem to improve the service they provide.

Leça beach and waterfront is located just 400 meters from the apartment, where you can visit “Piscina das Mares” – a very famous swimming pools with sea water, or enjoy a relaxing day at the sandy beach. You can find plenty of restaurants and cafes around and the MarShopping mall has a distance of just 5 minutes driving.
