This luxury apartment is located, across Caxias Beach, in a private condo. Filled with sunlight all day, a magnificent front-row view of the Atlantic Ocean, a spacious garden with decks, and a shared swimming pool. There's 3 bedrooms, 1 is a suite with walk in closet and full bathroom, the other 2 are optional, 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped, with pantry and laundry room; next to it you can enjoy your family meals comfortably at a table for 6. The living room is wide and airy, with a garden and ocean view, and spreads to the dining room where you can have fun dinners with up to 12 people. The office/library can be a closed room for your zoom calls. This apartment is located on the ground floor but access to main entrance has stairs. If you park in the garage, you can access main entrance by lift, only 1 floor up. The condo is located near a busy street but windows are double glazed and in summer we recommend to close them in order to keep the house fresh.

Leaving Lisbon towards Cascais you'll arrive 15m later at this yellow 16th-century fort perched on top of rocks at the end of a small bay with a beach. The mint green condo is right across this fantastic view. Only 2m away from the charming Paço D'Arcos village, where you can p.e. buy groceries, and 20m from beautiful Estoril and Cascais villages, perfect for strolling and trying great restaurants. Also the unmissable Sintra village is only a 30m drive. The beach is across the street if you want to enjoy a vigorous morning swim or run along the 6,8 km pier.
