VIVA - Rooftop Terrace View Flat is an apartment with a maximum capacity of 4 people, with one double bedroom. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower located inside the bedroom, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board. Bed linens, towels, and shampoo are included. We can provide a bed, bathtub, and high chair upon request. Air conditioning also provides heating in the apartment during the winter. TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The apartment is located on the third floor, has a patio, and is accessible from the street by elevator. There is a flight of stairs (approximately 20 steps) to reach the apartment. - Check in from 16h00. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation. - We ask that you notify us within the first 24 hours after confirming the reservation in any of our accommodations, if there is any type of specific condition of any guest, namely mobility difficulties, allergies or other health problems that may be relevant.

Rooftop Terrace View Flat is located right in the historic center of Porto. Here you can visit some of the most important tourist spots in the city, such as the Torre dos Clérigos de Nasoni, the tiles of the Igreja do Carmo and the Livraria Lello. There is an intimate connection with the academic tradition and the area is also known for the numerous restaurants, bars and night clubs that give this city neighborhood a unique energy.
