Located on a farm (orchard) at the edge of Horta City, this place is ideal for enjoying both the city and the silence of the countryside.
With simple and modern lines with some classic vintage, touches, here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the island of Pico. It has outdoor spaces for cooking and dining (BBQ). It is ideal for families as well as groups of friends. The house is part of a farm (Quinta da Conceição) and its owners (my parents) are of a unique friendliness and hospitality. The farm produces fruits and vegetables of natural cultivation that you can enjoy This place is ideal for relaxing, reading, playing and enjoying the silence. The two cats that walk around the property are kind and playful and bother no one!

My parents leave on the farm (in a separate house) and they will be welcome you! They are a wonderful retired couple dedicated to their farm, their fruits and herbs... Mom does the best fruit jams in the world. Anything you need they will be there for you
This is a quiet area close to everything.
The nearest beach is just down the street, 5-minute walk, as well as the boat terminal to Pico and other islands.
The central market is just a 10-minute walk and in 15 minutes you are by the marina and other attractions.
The city is perfect to ride a bike.
