The residence is located between Sea and Mountain, as well as close to the main coastal towns and 45 minutes from Faro airport. Exceptional situation : - at the edge of the estuary "Rio Arade" that we can walk along to reach the main beach of Praia da Rocha less than 3 kms ; - 500 m from the Old Town Center and its picturesque pedestrian streets ; - 500 m from Portimao Railway Station ; - 1 km the large "AQUA" shopping center and its "Jumbo" hypermarket ; - 1 km the Exhibition Center ; - 1.5 km from the Market Hall. You will find, near your home, many restaurants that will delight you with their "Sangria" and their typical cuisine, as well as the choice of many fishes of the day, at very reasonable prices.
