I look forward to personally welcoming you to the Quinta. Within the grounds there is a small cottage where I am available if you have any questions during your stay. The cottage is situated on a lower level, away from the villa, in the gardens below.

Property info

Villa Style Quinta Discounted for shared pool. The renovated Villa (once a bakery and farmhouse), offers 3 large specious double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and a bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, lounge and desk area. Patio doors open onto a terrace, leading to the shared swimming pool area and several outdoor eating areas. The Guest House is an ensuite-bedroom with a sofa, a large en-suite walkin shower room, own kitchen and bbq area. The Guest House, known as the Pool House is Available through Listing Entire Pool House at the Quinta. The owner managers cottage is also within the grounds set in the gardens away from the villa.

Neighborhood info

To the villa bikes can be delivered and there are beautiful walks along raised wooden walkways, in the ria formosa, a protected natural park, where some amazing beach front restaurants are in abundance, may specialising in locally caught sea and shellfish. Close by there is a village of Vale de Eguas, Valley of the Mares with cafe and restaurants. The beach front resort at Vale do Lobo 4k, which has swimming pools, beach bars and restaurants, a night club , golf club and tennis. There is also mini golf for the little ones, Parking is also available. The Main Marina is at Vilamoura 5k as is falasia beach which is a wide long beach of white sand. and nearby there are many beaches only know to the localsTo the east is Faro the capital of the region,, with its old city and ferries to the islands in the ria formosa known as the European Bahamas. Taveira is further east which a moroccan influence and a large river meandering through it, it also has a ferries to Taveira Island. I am happy to provide more information or directions once you arrive at the Quinta.
