Well, our little home was imagined as a fox’s den: simple, easy, and cosy. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfy stay: a main bedroom where mornings start slow, a mezzanine that feels like a secret place in the woods, a small bathroom with everything you need, a street-side terrace for observing local life and enjoying sunsets, and an open kitchen and living room for sharing meals and laughs. Here, life moves at the rhythm of the tides of both the West and South coast. Within a 10-minute drive, you’ll find yourself on the beautiful South coast beaches of Zavial, Ingrina, and Barranco, or on the impressive West coast beaches of Castelejo, Cordoama, and Ponta Ruiva. After surf, you can choose from three different restaurants in Raposeira to refill your energy, all within a one-minute walk. Bom apetite! We first met in the Algarve back in 2021 and besides falling in love with each other, we also fell in love with this beautiful region. A year later, we made our dream come true and bought a little house in Raposeira. We renovated it ourselves, putting a lot of hard work, long hours, and loving care into every detail. We hope you’ll feel that same warmth the moment you walk in. We moved to Raposeira for the things we love most: surfing, hiking, and the simple joy of being close to nature. And of course, there’s our dog Fifi: always ready for a cuddle, a play session, or a walk around the village. I (Jan) work as a Marketing Manager, and Lydia is a private swimming teacher. The house sits right in the heart of the village, where life moves at a laidback pace and the locals are as warm as the sunshine. Love to surf? There’s a surf shop right next door. More into SUP or coasteering? You can book your next adventure just a few steps away. Like pottery? Walk 5 minutes and you'll find yourself in pottery-paradise. And when it’s time to eat, you’ll be spoiled for choice: two cozy Portuguese restaurants across the street, a pizza and burger spot next door, and a Greek-Italian place with delicious vegan and vegetarian options just 20 meters away.
