The Space Located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is spread over two levels and offers a well-balanced mix of functionality and comfort. Lower Level: - Cozy bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and central heating. - Bathroom with walk-in shower. - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. Upper Level: - Bright living/dining room with sofa, TV, and dining table, ideal for relaxing, working, or enjoying a quiet meal. - Private balcony with table and chairs, perfect for a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Location The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area of Espinho. The train station is just a 2-minute walk, and in 5 to 6 minutes you’ll reach the coast. The Praia da Baía, one of the most iconic beaches in the region, is only an 8-minute walk away. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and local restaurants. With great train connections, you can easily visit Porto, Gaia, or Aveiro - no car needed.
