Brand-new, modern apartment on Muhamet Gjollesha Street, at the entrance of Myslym Shyri. Just a 10-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, with easy access to Blloku, the Grand Park, Komuna e Parisit, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and public transport. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, a complete kitchen, washing machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Luísa and Granny Lai live at Uba, both passionate about welcoming their guests. Luísa loves summer, traveling and enjoying a glass of wine at sunset in good company. Granny Lai loves cooking and makes the best coconut cake in the world! In the entrance hall of Uba is the portrait of the great-great-grandfather José Maria de Castro who built the house over 150 years ago. This portrait will be the starting point to introduce you to the history of the Uba house and family.

The apartment is in an excellent location, in a very quiet neighborhood and one of the most sought-after residential areas in Tirana. All of Tirana's main attractions and major streets are within walking distance
