The property has 2 bedrooms, and it is not possible to book these rooms simultaneously, unless desired (contact the owner in advance). Guests access its amenities directly through the existing staircase at the entrance to the house. Bedroom 1 - 1st floor - Double room with a Queen sized bed. Guests have access to the fully equipped (small) kitchen, fully equipped living room with telephone and television and a complete washroom. The kitchen, living room and washroom are located on the same floor as Bedroom 1, for the exclusive use of guests in this room, as reservations are not accepted for both rooms in the house, unless guests intend to rent both rooms , and should contact the owner. Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor - Family room - Access via the main staircase of the house and the staircase located in the kitchen compartment (2 flights of stairs/no elevator). Large room with excellent sun exposure and ventilation, with a Queen sized bed and one double sofa bed (0.90x1.85 m), accommodating up to 3 adults, with LCD TV and living/dining area . Access to the kitchen and washroom, as well as the living room (located on the 1st floor for the exclusive use of guests in this room, except in the situation mentioned above).
