Urban 44 property is a new comfortable and cozy space, located in a quiet area and very close to the historic center of the city (five minutes walk).
Welcome to Urban 44 Guest House! It will be a pleasure to receive you . See you soon!
The house is located just over 500 meters from the heart of Ponta Delgada, so you will have at your disposal everything the city has to offer - museum, restaurants, shopping area, monuments. In front of the property is a free car park and, less than 30 meters away, there is a small mini-market with all the basics you need for a more comfortable stay.
