From my point of view my property is special because is suitable for persons of all ages, also have easy access for people in wheelchairs no need to go up and down steps to walking in the building or at the apartment.
Personally i'm a beach person, thats why i run this properties at the beach front of Praia da Rocha , on the other side i can have a lot fun at the beach with my litle son thats also a sea lover.
My neighbourwood is very special, once you can have the best of both worlds, you can have the beach just across the road where you can enjoy yourself with several water sports and on the other side you can have as much relax as want indoors the apartment or at the balcony enjoying the amazing view sea view
