Our villa is located in the privileged “Ocean Club” and was completely renovated in 2025, featuring modern furnishings in a Portuguese-style home. It sits in the prime Vale do Lobo area, about 200 m from Praia do Garrão Nascente (Julia’s Beach), with sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance (studio), each with its own bathroom, shower, toilet, and air conditioning or heating. Two bedrooms have sea views. The open-plan kitchen is new and equipped with high-quality built-in appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Wi‑Fi and a flat-screen TV are available. On a gentle slope, Vila Antic offers 3 terraces with views of the sea and sunset (breakfast, BBQ with built-in charcoal grill, and pool). On the living level, the spacious breakfast terrace overlooks the sea. Sunsets can be enjoyed here particularly well in the shade. The BBQ and grill terrace offers lounge-style seating. The grill is a built-in charcoal barbecue. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The kidney-shaped pool is approx. 6 × 3 m. On request and for an additional fee, it can be heated in the low season. The sea view extends over a generous, terraced, flowering garden. Our housekeeper Manuela comes twice a week for cleaning. Towels are changd every 3-4days, bed linen weekly. If needed, she can come more frequently by arrangement and for an additional fee. Garden and pool service are also provided. Hand, beach, and bath towels, bed linen, hairdryer, and washing machine, as well as dishwashing and cleaning supplies, are available. We provide all guests with a starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap and lotion, 2 dishwasher tabs, trash bags, 1 set of coffee pods, 1 bottle of wine, and 1 bottle of water. The Ocean Club and the Vale do Lobo area are currently being further developed, with new villas being built nearby. This may lead to light noise on weekdays. The location is in a prime area of Vale do Lobo, about 200 m from Praia do Garrão Nascente. It can be reached on foot (about 5 minutes) or by car (1 minute). There are various restaurants and beach bars there, e.g., Izzys and Julia’s with live music on weekends and Portuguese cuisine. Supermarkets (Aldi, Apolónia, Lidl), bakeries, and shopping (Quinta Shopping) are just a few minutes away by car. For leisure activities, the immediate vicinity offers all kinds of beach options (jet ski, boat rental, “flying sofa,” etc.), karting, or mini-golf at Vale do Lobo Praça. A large water park (Quarteira) is just a few minutes’ drive away. In Guia (about 25 minutes), Zoomarine with dolphin shows, or in Faro, dolphin watching or boat tours to the islands.
