A terraced house, divided into 2 apartments, located on the road that goes from the church down to the beach. It is only 100 metres from the beach. The two apartments have separate entrances and are each fully equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedroom apartment is on the top floor and the middle floor and has an amazing view over the beach and the sea. The Studio apartment is on the ground floor where a strip of sea can be seen in between the buildings in front. In 2024 both apartments were completely renovated, so everything is new. Extraordinary attention has been paid to every detail to make your vacation the best ever! The 2-bedroom apartment has a barbecue on the large balcony overlooking the beach and sea. It also has a washing machine. The studio has a patio with table and chairs. All rooms are air conditioned and the Wifi connection is strong in both units, making it possible to work online.

The house does not have private parking but it is possible to park on the street right outside for free. It is possible to walk to the beach in approx 2 minutes. Praia da Luz is the perfect holiday destination, as it is calm, has a beautiful beach, and has everything you could want within walking distance: good restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a bank, beauty salons, a spa, two pharmacies... and much more! The beach is one of the most beautiful in the Algarve, characterised by the famous Rocha Negra on the left and the beautiful undulating rock formations on the right. There are very pleasant cliff top walks to Burgau along the coast, or as far as Lagos. The village of Luz still retains much of its character from the times when it was a fishing village. 50 metres from the apartment there is a bus stop with regular buses between Luz, Lagos and Burgau. The closest restaurants are a 1 minutes walk away. They are Zazu, Boaty's, Luz Beach Café, Endless Summer, O Atlântico, A Fortaleza, Curry Real, Pizza Real and Saffron. There are many other restaurants and bars in Luz are within short walking distance.
