Villa Maria is a unique, luxury townhouse in the heart of the centre of Alvor. It consists of 2 independent 3 bedroom apartments on ground floor and first floor. The apartment on the ground floor has the use of a parking garage. The apartment on the first floor has a large rooftop terrace. Each apartment has a full equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with BBQ facilities. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi.

Located in the heart of the centre of Alvor. Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and taxi-stand are all next to Villa Maria and just a few meters walking. The famous beach Praia de Alvor is within walking distance (1 km) from the house.
