The apartment is organized for holidays and it is located just 500 metres distant from Praia da Rocha and 500 metres from Portimão and the Marina. The apartment has WIFI connection and air conditioning. The building has a private collective parking space on a "first come, first served" basis. The apartment has a double bedroom and access to a balcony with a city view. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils to prepare meals and the living room has a flat-screen TV and cable connection. Its location is between Portimão and Praia da Rocha, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and traditional shops. Towels and bed linen are included in the price of the stay. Our guests will have access to the shared swimming pool with a card provided by the host during the check-in. Portimão is a city in the Faro district, Algarve region and it is an important center of fishing and tourism. Since the prehistory with the megalithic monuments of Alcalar, we pass for the romanization, with the archaeological station of Abicada, near the Figueira, to the appreciation of the city by our portimonense Manuel Teixeira Gomes, at least with canning factory, Portimão has 5000 years of history. Here you can do all kind of water sports, like sailing, wind and kite surfing, and many others. If you are a scuba diver, the navy ships sunk on our coast to create an artificial reef are the last attraction. Obviously we cannot forget the Portimonense Stadium to watch a football match or the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, really well know for its races events of bikes and cars.
