We present to you an modern villa built in 2024 with stunning sunset and panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 250m2. Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of two sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The large living room has a dining area and a TV area. Technical equipment includes fully heated flooring in all areas, ventilation, air conditioning, high speed internet, free WI-FI in all areas of the house. Each sleeping area has high level audio/video equipment connected to the internet. Finishing is made with environmentally friendly materials. The house is equipped with expensive furniture from such manufacturers as Roche Bobois, B&B and others. King size beds. All bedding including mattresses, pillows (down premium class or orthopedic), linens (linen, satin or silk), sets of towels and robes of prestigious brands (Yves Delorm, Frette, Dior). There is a kitchen with new appliances - induction hob + oven, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer, refrigerator and wine cabinet. Necessary set of dishes and kitchen utensils. The house has a small gym and sauna.
By request of clients, the following can be included in the list of services (paid additionally): - breakfast - private chef service (Mediterranean, Italian and vegetarian cuisine) - wine cabinet with a selection of wine and champagne - guide service and excursions around the island - Whale and dolphin excursion rental services - Big Game fishing - horseback riding in Sete Cidades Reserve
Directly in front of the house there is a long swimming pool equipped with a salt sea water system. This Infinity view pool has a stunning ocean view, which is also visible from the living room and bedroom windows. As for the location, it is an ideal place, perhaps with the best fantastic 180 gr. view of the Mosteiros water area from 200 meters above sea level. There are no residential houses near the villa as it is built in an agricultural area with National Special Reserve status. In this part of the island in the immediate vicinity of the house in the range of 10-15 minutes by car is the main natural attraction of the Azores archipelago natural reserve Sete Cidades protected by UNESCO. As well as a natural attraction - ocean lagoon Ferraria with hot volcanic mineral water and SPA complex. 5 min by car the most beautiful beach with black sand, famous rocks Mosteiros and natural ocean pools. 5-10 min grocery stores and restaurants. Free private parking in the complex for 3-4 cars. The complex is equipped with a security system. Distance to the airport 25-30 min by car.
