The house has a fantastic patio with a unique and breathtaking view to the beautiful city of Horta, the ocean and the majestic island of Pico. Access details: Please note that the access road to the property is steep. It is accessible by car or by foot, but may be less comfortable for inexperienced drivers or very low vehicles. We recommend driving slowly and carefully or walking down first. The location offers calm, privacy, and lovely views as a reward.

The house is located on a very quiet street next to "miradouro do pilar". This street is often used as a pedestrian trail. For those who like to walk, it is a favorable location to, for example, go down the street and reach the city on foot in about 10 minutes.
