Located in Vila de Alvor, Vila da Praia private condominium is located approximately 200 meters from Alvor beach and offers a swimming pool for adults and children, private parking outside or garage and a stunning and calm garden inside the condominium. Our apartments are equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and cable channels, safe, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, with washing machine and dishwasher, stove and oven. Private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, bedroom with queen size bed and south-facing balcony overlooking Alvor Beach and the Atlantic Ocean with plenty of sun exposure or a very quiet balcony facing Northeast featuring the fishermen's neigbourhood where you can relax and enjoy in complete comfort!

Neighborhood info

Close to all services and about 2 minutes from the center of Vila de Alvor, the condominium is also very close to the Ria de Alvor (protected area and classified by UNESCO) and all the beaches in the area such as Alvor beach, the 3 Irmãos beach or Prainha. There are many leisure activities in Alvor; from hiking or cycling on the various marked routes of the Via Algarviana or Rota Vicentina, snorkelling, surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing, sailing along the Arade River, taking advantage of some of the various sea tours available such as visits to the caves in Lagos or Benagil, watching dolphins or whales, or visit the Cities and Villages around Alvor. The condominium is close to several golf courses and the Autodromo do Algarve is just 20 km away. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 70 km from Alvor. The ideal place to relax and enjoy the Algarve, with all the amenities and comforts!
