XAMiNÉ is a stone house located in the little village of ÁGUA RETORTA, an ideal location to explore the East part of São Miguel island. Rebuilt and designed by us, Xaminé has an equipped kitchen with two induction hobs with two zones, microwave, fridge, coffee makers: French press, Moka pot and electric coffee maker, NO expresso machine; pots, frying pans, mugs and cups, wine glasses, colanders and other accessories including for baby. Two double bedrooms (queen beds with foam mattresses: 200cmX150cm), open wardrobes, wood wall shelves, tables, black curtains. Sitting room with cable TV (NO streaming service), free Wi-Fi, sofa, armchairs, throws. Bathroom with gel shower, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, baby accessories. Free washing machine with washing powder. Backyard and porch with hammock, chairs, a concrete table with stone benches, sun umbrella. Heather, dehumidifier and fan. All windows have nets. Xaminé has self check-in with key box and is an official accommodation (AL).

XAMINÉ is located in ÁGUA RETORTA , a little village surrounded by great trails, landscapes and viewpoints. Nice cafeteria with a pleasant garden: “Alvorada Café” open from 12.30pm / 12am (Monday closed), with good hamburgers, home cookies, great cocktails; little supermarket, all near Xaminé. In front of Xaminé: ATM, kindergarten and public pool open during the Summer. From Ponta Delgada airport to Água Retorta / Xaminé by car: 1h15’ (77km).
