Moradia de estilo moderno,decorada com todo o gosto e conforto,com vistas panorâmicas para o Rio Arade e Serra de Monchique A casa tem uma localização privilegiada para proporcionar os melhores momentos de lazer e descanso,situada na vila de Ferragudo a 1,5Km das praias e da cidade de Portimão. Wi-Fi em toda a casa, possui 3 quartos, um em suite com banheira e varanda com espreguiçadeira e cama de rede vista Rio e Montanha, os restantes quartos têm vista campo, todos os quartos têm LCD com canais por cabo e ar condicionado,roupeiros,secador e produtos de higiene,a outra casa de banho tem duche e existe mais um WC de serviço, cozinha toda equipada,lavandaria,zona de refeições com vista campo,sala com lareira e sala de jantar com vista Rio e Montanha,zona de lazer com jogos,ginásio e biblioteca. A área envolvente,dispõe de piscina e zona de refeições,com cozinha toda equipada,mesa e barbecue,zona para relaxar onde poderá apanhar sol e desfrutar das vistas.
Olá chamo-me Paula, gosto de praia e do campo, nada melhor que ter uma casa que realize as duas coisas, o sossego e a tranquilidade da vila de Ferragudo, juntamente com a gastronomia da região, as vistas panorâmicas que a casa e a localidade possui, sobre o rio Arade, Serra de Monchique, cidade de Portimão e a Marina da Praia da Rocha, o acordar e poder desfrutar da vista na própria cama, ou jantar a ver chegar os barcos da pesca, foi um dos atractivos que me levaram a adquiri-la. Como gosto de comunicar, pensei em dedicar-me ao turismo, assim conhecer pessoas de todo o mundo e recebê-las na minha casa, para que possam desfrutar de tudo o que a casa e a localidade tem para oferecer, proporcionando-lhes umas boas férias.
O Cantinho Algarvio em Ferragudo, tem um vista rio,fica situada na vila de Ferragudo,uma vila piscatória que se situa junto ao rio Arade,perto de várias praias belíssimas,uma das mais belas vilas à beira mar que se pode encontrar em todo o Algarve.Conhecida como terra de pescadores,mantendo-se ligada ao rio e ao mar,hoje grande parte da sua actividade económica está ligada ao turismo.De realçar, na sua vertente marítima,para a prática de desportos náuticos,existem várias actividade e experiências que podem ser desfrutadas nas proximidades,campos de golfe,ténis,desportos motorizados para passeios na Montanha,Jeep Safari,moto 4 e para relaxar,porque não um passeio de barco pelas grutas e praias da costa,ou ainda uma ida aos vários Parques Temáticos,Zoomarine,Slide&Splash.Se preferir animação nocturna,Ferragudo dispõe de bares,restaurantes e no Verão as festas populares no centro da vila.Outra opção é a zona turística da Praia da Rocha ou Portimão,que pode ir de carro ou apanhar um ferry em Ferragudo.As maravilhosas praias e as excepcionais condições naturais que aqui se podem encontrar,torna Ferragudo,uma região de reconhecida beleza,num lugar aprazível e ideal para umas boas férias.
