For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation. **The apartments are in the same bulding and on the same floor. ***Being located close to the construction of a new block building, there might be some noise. Please consider this when booking it. ****There is no TV cable (the TV can be used for different apps - Netflix available). *****For the apartments equipped with sofa beds, if you want the extensible sofa to be prepared for sleeping, you must notify us before the check-in time. Any request regarding the sleeping arrangement after the check-in may involve extra costs.

The home is located in the north part of the city, next to Baneasa, Pipera and Aviatiei Business Districts, with important business buildings and offices of multinational companies. At 10 minutes by car can be found Ikea and Baneasa Shopping Center with various shops and restaurants inside. Therme Bucharest, one of the main attractions of the city, is at 20 minutes by car. Also, at 900 meters can find Zoo Bucharest, perfect for a relaxing walk.
