Welcome to this charming red cottage with white trims, located in Enköping, just outside Örsundsbro, on a lush and peaceful plot. A perfect home for those who want to enjoy beautiful nature in seclusion, with proximity to Hjälstaviken?a lake rich in birdlife?and much more! Here, you will live on a spacious, green property in a two-story house. You are welcomed by an entrance hall that connects to the kitchen, bathroom, and upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and also features a wood stove, providing cozy warmth on chilly days. A lovely dining table is placed by the window. From the kitchen, you can access a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and a TV. Upstairs, you will find a bright and inviting lounge area with large windows and a cozy seating arrangement. There is also a sleeping space in the form of a sofa bed. Additionally, there are two bedrooms?one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
