The accommodation was newly built in the autumn of 2024. Free parking is available on the property. There is an option to charge an electric car for an additional fee. An extra bed is available for a smaller person or a child up to 70 kg. The apartment is located on the second floor, with no elevator. Cleaning is not included; the apartment must be left clean. Final cleaning can be booked for 950 SEK. Bed linen/towels are not included but can be booked for 150 SEK per set.

Quiet and peaceful area with several walking trails. Only a 10-minute walk to the grocery store, bus station, and 15 minutes through forest and farmland to Åbyfjorden. 9 km to Stångenäs Holma Golf Club 15 km to Preemraf Lysekil 17 km to Lysekil town center 35 km to Smögen A 5-minute walk to an outdoor gym, Brastad Arena, and football field.
