A nice, new apartment in a brand new house. The detached house stands in a secluded location where there is plenty of space for a peaceful rest and for enjoying the sun while listening to the peacful sounds of the river Soča. Near the apartment there is the small gorge of the river Soča (200 meters below) and also the gorge of the river Vrsnica (we call it Vrsnikr'ca). From the courtyard in front of the entrance to the apartment you have a beautiful view of Bavški Grintavec, as well as Črni vrh and a small abandoned village above the village Soča - Lemovje. Visit us also on fb. The rent cost does not include the tourist tax.
We are a 4-member family living in the beautiful village of Soča. We are relaxed and hospitable and friendly. We will be glad to make a contact and even bond with the guests. We have a nice dog named Lori and a spoiled cat Dina. Both are of the opinion that they are the center of the world :)
The house with the apartment is located in a secluded location, therefore we do not have direct neighbors. Only 200m below the house the wonderful small canyon of the Soča River is located as well as the confluence between the Soča and Vrsnica. 200 m higher is the less recognizable Vrsnica cnyon, but very majestic as well. There are many walking paths in the surroundings, 12 km further, in Bovec, there is also a winter ski resort Kanin.
