Larger comfortable holiday apartment or. apartment with a balcony (84 m2) and a separate entrance and with a beautiful view of the green gorge Nadiže and the nearby hills Mijo (1237 m) and Matajur (1642 m) towards the Friuli lowlands. The apartment is suitable for 4 oz. 6 people and has two separate bedrooms, with a windmill, a larger bathroom and a larger common living area with kitchen, dining room and TV room. It is located in the village or. quiet countryside, on the south side, towards the green unspoiled nature, withdrawn from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nearby is the healing river Nadiža, known since ancient times and suitable for summer swimming and relaxation and a pleasant and peaceful holiday. Kobarid is 7 km away, and the world-famous Hiša Franko Inn is 3 km away.
I am a Biomedical Imaging Scientist, with permanent address in Denmark. My wife Jane and I have a wonderful holiday home in the Soča Valley Region in Slovenia. My interests are travelling, water sports, evolutionary biology, boatbuilding and constantly learning new things.
Known for its green and unspoiled nature and natural bathing areas along the Nadiža River. Below the village of Potoki, the Nadiža formed natural troughs with a collapsing natural bridge in the right wall. The river is crossed by a suspension bridge, and there are swimming pools next to it. Due to the extremely shaped valley and gorge and the riverbed, clean and healing water and the natural environment, Nadiža enjoys the status of special protection of natural heritage. Especially the Stol mountain range, which is a paradise for paragliders, cyclists and hikers, offers many opportunities for active sports holidays, relaxation, gaining new strength and relaxation. Bovec, Tolmin and Čedad are 25 km away. It is a 1.5-hour drive to Grado.
