Nastanitev ponuja tri ločene sobe (dve dvoposteljne in eno triposteljno), skupno kuhinjo, dve kopalnici in teraso. V pritličju je prostor za shranjevanje koles in športne opreme. V neposredni bližini se nahaja javno parkirišče za avtomobile, avtobusna postaja, trgovina, bankomat, bar in restavracija.
Nahajamo se nedaleč stran od reke Soče in Nadiže, ki v poletnih mesecih ponujata prijetno osvežitev. Nastanitev ponuja idilično izhodiščno točko za enodnene izlete tako v naravo, kot tudi v bližnjo Italijo in slikovito mestece Čedad ali na degustacijo vin v Goriška Brda.
