Zdiar’s Pension Vasko is located in the High Tatras region, and is characteristic of the region’s style. The village has a lot of folk architecture and is a popular starting point for walks in the region. Ski facilities are located within 984 feet of the Pension. Units at the Vasko have a bathroom, LCD TV, and views of the Tatra Mountains or the Spisska Magura Mountain. WiFi is available free of charge, and a buffet breakfast is served each morning. Quiet place, good to rest. We offer in good prices on site: small sauna and hot tube, best for couples after skiing or hiking in the Tatra Mountains.
I run Vasko guesthouse last 18 years.
Our homey hotel is placed just a feet from the Tatra Mountains, in a very quite area of Tatra National Park (amazing mountain views). It runs by family. In Zdiar there is very famous Chodnik Korunami Stromov (The Treetop Walk) in Bachledova Dolina. You can also walk there from our pension by the forest like a all day trip with kids. Nearest ski lifts are juast 200 meters from Vasko. Ski Bachledova Dolina 9 kms far (free ski bus). Ski Jurgow 9 kms far and Bialka Tatrzanska (Kotelnica) 17 kms far. Nearest shop is 2 kms far (2 mins by car), nearest restaurant just 100 meters far (1 min walking), next 3 restaurants up to 500 meters (just 5 mins walikng). The most busy and popular city Zakopane (Poland) is 30 kms far (30 mins by car), next famous city is Tatranska Lomnica 25 kms far (25 mins by car) from Vasko. At the Vasko pension there are small sauna and hot tub for a small fee. Next to the pension there are free parking and barbecue place.
