I had a nice Mountain View room and everything was clean. The staff of helpful and they served great breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic, the food is unbelievably good, the spa is wonderful and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed. It is only 15 min drive from ski slopes that we enjoyed every day.

Perfect location for exploring the surrounding high tatras region. Lots of restaurants and hiking activities near by. Close to train station. The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day full of activities. There were not a lot of crowds, many different sauna available, hot tubs and a pool. Breakfast had typical options with added local cheeses which were great. Great value for money.

Amazing hotel, very clean. Walking distance from the lake, many attractions around. Food was amazing as well. Definitely coming back !

The Hotel was excellent, especially for the price, which included breakfast. The location is outstanding and close to the city center. The staff were very friendly at check-in. The hotel has parking, and the car park is right next to the hotel building. I was in a room with a twin bed, and it was very comfortable. I slept well, and it was a quiet hotel.
