SEUL Haus is a modern tropical retreat located just 5 minutes from El Tunco Beach, one of El Salvador’s most popular beach destinations. Designed to blend comfort with nature, the property incorporates thoughtful open-air amenities that allow guests to enjoy sleeping and relaxing outdoors while remaining protected from insects and the surrounding elements. The house features 1 king-size bed that can be rolled out onto the terrace, creating a unique space for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing outdoors. Downstairs, guests can enjoy an outdoor lounge bed with a mosquito net designed for reading and relaxation, along with two hammocks and a private kitchen area that embraces the property’s laid-back tropical atmosphere. Guests can also expect air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and practical amenities suited for both short and extended stays. Whether visiting for surfing, remote work, exploration, or a quiet escape, SEUL Haus offers a peaceful and inspiring environment just minutes from the beach, cafés, nightlife, and local culture. Originally from Hawaii with roots in South Korea, the host moved to El Salvador in 2020 for work and eventually chose to make it home full-time after meeting her partner. She carefully designed SEUL Haus to reflect a balance of tropical living, simplicity, and comfort, blending influences from Hawaiian and Korean aesthetics with elements inspired by Salvadoran nature and indigenous culture. In addition to hosting, she works in development with a focus on environmentally conscious and intentional building practices that respect the surrounding landscape and local way of life. The property was thoughtfully created to encourage relaxation, connection with nature, and a slower pace of living. While guests are given privacy to enjoy the property independently, the host is accessible and nearby when in the country and available to assist with recommendations, questions, or anything needed to help make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

SEUL Haus is located in a quiet, safe, and lush neighborhood surrounded by tropical greenery while still remaining conveniently connected to the area’s main attractions. Situated along a bus line, guests have easy access to transportation and are only about 5 minutes by car or a 30 mins downhill walk to El Tunco Beach, known for its surfing, nightlife, cafés, and vibrant beach atmosphere. Nearby, guests will find a variety of restaurants, local eateries, coffee shops, convenience stores, and grocery markets, making it easy to enjoy both the energy of the coast and the comfort of a peaceful retreat.
