Our B&B is 5-min walk to the old city of Chiang Mai, North Gate, located in a safe and quiet alley. We also offer complimentary heartful breakfast for you to start your day with. Tours & activities are available for the best deal. Staying with us will definitely give more than just a place for the night. We always realise that for some guests this one time might be the only time for visiting Chiang Mai. We dearly hope that we can make your journey the most precious and memorable one. Amaka Bed & Breakfast which is Amaka 1 was renovated in 2015. Rooms here are Deluxe room type. The room itself is fully furnished in contemporary colonial style with a private bathroom. In 2019, we have expanded our Amaka Bed & Books which is Amaka 2. It is literally 40m away from Amaka 1. King Terrace (101), Dorm room (201), Family Suites (301) and Junior King Suites (401) are in Amaka 2. We have no lift here and Room 401 is on the 4th floor so you'll need to climb the stairs. But the view is definitely worth the climb! If you would like to book on the dates that are not available, you can still send me the message and I will let you know as soon as I get any cancellations :)

"It's near enough to the main road to catch a shared taxi or a Tuk Tuk but far back enough that you don't hear any traffic noises. If you would like to be right in the middle of the old city or Nimman Road, this is probably not for you" Our place is in a safe and hostels alley, 1 minute walking from the main street at the edge of the old city, considering "The Heart of Chiang Mai" Old city - 0.1 km 24 hr Convenient Store - 0.3 km Market - 0.3 km Department Store - 1 km Sunday Walking Street - 1km Saturday Walking Street - 2km Nimmanhaemin (Nimman) Road - 2km Night Bazaar - 2.5km Chiang Mai University - 3.5 km Chiang Mai International Airport - 4km Doi Suthep - 23 km To get around, there is a bus stop 5 mins walk from our place. You can take a 1-minute walking to the main road and get taxis there or we can call a taxi for you. Grab is a popular App for getting around (It's like Uber!). We also offer shuttle service; Airport shuttle from 7am-5pm is 150 Baht (1-4 people). Other than that, the fee will be 200-400 Baht, depends on time.
