Kindly note that electricity usage is charged separately at 7THB/Kw, based on the actual usage. We will show you the location of the meter so you can have the consumption under control at any time! We provide one complimentary cleaning during stays of 7 days or longer. For shorter stays, cleaning isn't included, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. Please note that we require a refundable deposit of 5000 THB, 10000 THB for stays more than 10 days, 20000 THB for stays more than 20 days upon check-in. We recommend having this amount prepared beforehand to ensure a smooth check-in process. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Please note: The villa is situated in a brand-new residence that is still under development. Occasional construction noise may occur during working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to grow and improve.
