About “CHOMBUA” “CHOMBUA” This accommodation has a unique warm and comfortable atmosphere amidst the quiet nature in Mae Wang District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand (35 km. from Chiang Mai International Airport). In this 7000 sq.m. area, we take into account the environment, more than 50% of the energy used comes from solar power. We divide it into different zones for privacy, starting from our house, divided into service areas and two rental areas, which surround the swimming pool and lotus pond as follows: 1) CHOMBUA MaeWang (for 2-6 peoples max.), a contemporary single-storey Thai-style house with a lotus pond view. The entrance is via a lotus pond bridge. There are 2 bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional bed can be added. a bathroom with a bathtub, a dressing room, a work desk, a private balcony, and there is also a kitchen and a living room for more convenience. The total area is 200 sq.m. 2) CHOMPOR MaeWang (for 6 people max.), a 2-storey a contemporary Modern style house with a spectacular view of the swimming pool and mountain. There are 3 bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, a dressing room, a work desk, a private balcony,The ground floor is a living room, kitchen and bedroom, the upper floor is a 2 bedroom, with a large terrace. The total area of both floors is 400 sq.m.

We are a small family who moved from Bangkok with our daughter because we fell in love with this rural village surrounded by green rice fields, beautiful mountains, clean air all year round and friendly neighbors. We used our professional skills as architects to create a 7000 sq.m. land plot to be an accommodation with gardens, swimming pool and a large lotus pond, which is the origin of the name "Chombua" (admire the Lotus flowers). Our family is passionate about living on this wonderful land. We also care about eating healthy together. Here, we can easily find vegetables, fruits and organic ingredients in the community to cook a variety of healthy meals with love and care for health and environment.
