This lovely 1-bedroom condo is part of Kata SeaView, a picturesque residence with a full sea view of Kata Bay. The condominium has a pool that you can use freely, and there is also a restaurant for guests. The living room opens onto a spacious balcony with a fantastic view of the Andaman Sea, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets while relaxing with the sea breeze. The condo is fully equipped and modern so that you can fully enjoy your holidays. The fully air-conditioned condo boasts a bright and airy bedroom with expansive windows that offer beautiful ocean views at all times. The living room features a cozy sofa with a large smart TV, as well as a dining area. The island kitchen is perfectly equipped for any type of cooking. We provide full concierge services, similar to those in a 5-star hotel: our concierge will be at your disposal to assist you with any request or question. You have access to all of the residence's amenities, such as a shared pool and Gym (extra fee). Please note: We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

The residence Kata Ocean View is set on a hillside overlooking Kata, offering open views and a quiet environment away from the main tourist areas. Please note that the access road is steep, which may make it less suitable for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. The location remains convenient, with Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach just a 5-minute drive away (approximately 1.5 km). Patong Beach can be reached in around 15 minutes. A shuttle service operates several times a day to the town centre and the beach, providing an easy alternative to driving. Kata is known as one of the most popular beach destinations in Southeast Asia, appreciated for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The area offers a wide range of dining options, from local Thai cuisine to seafood restaurants, as well as casual entertainment spots such as Surf House Phuket. Surrounded by greenery and coastal scenery, it provides a balanced mix of convenience and natural surroundings.
