One of a kind, large corner studio, 8th floor, 45 sqm, king bed premium mattress 2 fully enclosed balconies with large sliding windows, UV film, recently renovated, very bright yet cool, many smart-home features, washer/dryer, custom outdoor kitchen, ceiling fans, air con, and free 4K Netflix subscription on a very quiet and arguably the greenest soi in the heart of Nimman with 270degree breath-taking view of Doi Suthep! Rooftop for relaxing and sunbathing Onsite Motorbike, Scooter, Bicycle Rental (ask owner for more info) Note that there is a 600kw/h per 30 day electric allowance, over that is 6THB per unit, this is merely a precaution as we had someone use up twice that amount for crypto mining
