The PB Pool Villa is perfectly designed for couples, and private relaxing families expected from vacation which can accommodate 4-6 guests. All of the rooms have air-conditioned bedrooms that offer a comfortable king-size bed for the perfect night's sleep and feature a modern-style bathroom with an indoor hot shower. - Private Pool 5 x 2.5m with Jacuzzi. - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot water. - Add bunk bed for 6 guests. - The air conditioner was in all areas of the house. - Mini bar with classic lamp - Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, Electric rice cooker, Microwave oven, Electric hot water kettle, Coal barbecue oven - Flat screen smart TV with online TV. - Wifi connected to the fast broadband internet. - Private parking garage for your car or motorbike.
- You can check-in 3:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Please let me know at least 30 minutes when you want to check in and check out - If you check-out late, I necessary to charge 1,000 Baht/hr. (Normally check-out time 06:00-11:00 AM.) - If you stay with more than 6 people, I have to charge 500 baht per person - Smoking is allowed only outside the house - Parties and events are allowed but after 24.00 please keep the noise down - During the stay, if the customer wants to clean please text or call to us before 1 day. We will charge a service fee of 750 baht per time. - We will provide a free swimming pool cleaning service 2 times/week. - Gas for free cooking throughout the stay - Property info: Potential noise after 24:00 in long holiday (We have a neighbor) - We have a washing machine to use in the accommodation. But if you want to use laundry service, we have a service for you. - We do not allow charging electric cars in the villa in any case. If we find that you have broken through, there will be a fine of 2000 baht/time. - Safety Devices: Security cameras or audio recording devices present outside Villa (Garage/Backyard)
